  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup brie cheese, cubed
  • 1 large apple, diced
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the brie cheese, diced apple, Dijon mustard, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cut a pocket in each chicken breast and stuff with the apple and brie mixture.
  4. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sear each stuffed chicken breast until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes each side.
