- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups peeled and diced apples
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, cream together the granulated sugar, brown sugar, and butter.
