- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup apple cider
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
