  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar, then mix in eggs one at a time.
  4. Add apple cider, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt to the mixture, and blend until combined.
  5. Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until set. Let cool before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
  7. Serve chilled and enjoy!
