Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a saucepan, boil the apple cider until it reduces to about half a cup.
  3. In a bowl, cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in the reduced apple cider and vanilla extract.
  6. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
