Instructions

  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rest for 12-18 hours.
  4. Once risen, shape the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  5. Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C).
  6. Place a Dutch oven in the oven to heat up.
  7. Carefully place the dough in the hot Dutch oven and cover it.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes covered, then 15 minutes uncovered.
  9. Remove from oven and let cool before slicing.
