Balsamic Flank Steak

  • 1 pound flank steak
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place the flank steak in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the steak from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  5. Grill the flank steak for about 6-7 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is reached.
  6. Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing against the grain.
