- 1 pound flank steak
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Place the flank steak in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the steak from the marinade and discard the marinade.
