- 2 pounds flank steak
- 1 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- In a bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, brown sugar, black pepper, and salt.
