  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until smooth.
  3. Add melted butter to the mashed bananas and mix well.
  4. Stir in the brown sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until fully combined.
  5. Mix in the baking soda and salt.
  6. Gradually add the flour and stir until just combined, then fold in the chocolate chips.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
  8. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  9. Allow muffins to cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
