  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  3. Slice the croissants in half and fill them with the whipped cream.
  4. Add mixed berries on top of the cream.
  5. Close the croissants and bake them in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes until warmed.
