Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chicken ham, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together milk, egg, and sugar.
  3. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients until just mixed.
  4. Fold in the turkey bacon and chicken ham.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and grease lightly with vegetable oil.
  6. Drop batter by tablespoons into the skillet, cooking until bubbles form on the surface.
  7. Flip and cook until golden brown on the other side.
