Cheesecake Crescent Rolls Casserole

A delicious sweet treat that combines creamy cheesecake and flaky crescent rolls.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans crescent roll dough
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Unroll one can of crescent roll dough and press into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and eggs until smooth and creamy.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crescent rolls in the baking dish.
  5. Unroll the second can of crescent roll dough and place on top of the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let cool and dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add lemon zest to the cream cheese mixture.
  • Serve with fresh fruit or berry sauce for garnish.
