  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the diced potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well-coated.
  3. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown and crispy, stirring halfway through.
