  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  2. Add the chicken thighs, cooking until browned on all sides.
  3. Stir in the flour, followed by the chicken broth, mixing well.
