  • 8 ounces linguine or spaghetti
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
