- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup tzatziki sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, chicken, and tzatziki sauce. Mix well.
