Chicken Tzatziki Rice Bake

  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, chicken, and tzatziki sauce. Mix well.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
