  • 2 ribeye steaks
  • 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine parsley, cilantro, garlic, red pepper flakes, olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and black pepper to make the chimichurri sauce.
  3. Season the steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
  4. Grill the steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until your desired doneness.
  5. Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes.
