Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Mix in the eggs, eggnog, and vanilla until well blended.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, nutmeg, and cinnamon.
