Classic Bacon Carbonara Pasta

  • 8 ounces spaghetti
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs and Parmesan cheese.
  4. In the same skillet, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  5. Add spaghetti and bacon to the skillet, then quickly mix in the egg mixture until creamy.
  6. Season with salt and pepper, and serve immediately.
