Crack Breakfast Sliders (Bacon Egg & Cheese)

Ingredients

  • 8 slider rolls
  • 8 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  3. In the same skillet, scramble the eggs, adding salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Slice the slider rolls in half and butter each half.
  5. Assemble the sliders with bacon, scrambled eggs, and cheddar cheese on each roll.
  6. Place the assembled sliders on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
