- 12 ounces cheese tortellini
- 1 pound ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cook the tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the sliced steak and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add onion and bell pepper. Sauté until softened.
- Add garlic and cook for another minute.
- Stir in beef broth, cream, and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a simmer.

- Add cooked tortellini and steak back into the skillet. Stir to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
