Creamy Steak Pasta

  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 1 pound steak, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups spinach
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced steak and cook until browned, then remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add grated Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
  6. Stir in spinach until wilted, then add the cooked fettuccine and steak back to the skillet. Toss to combine.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.
