Creamy White Lasagna Delight

Enjoy a delightful and creamy twist on traditional lasagna with turkey bacon and chicken ham.

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 8 ounces turkey bacon
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cups spinach, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 4 cups white sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  4. In the same skillet, add ground turkey and cook until browned. Season with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
  5. In a baking dish, layer noodles, turkey mixture, spinach, ricotta, and white sauce. Repeat layers and top with mozzarella and Parmesan.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian option, replace turkey bacon and ground turkey with mushrooms or other vegetables.
  • This dish can be prepared in advance and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
