- 1 pound boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup long-grain rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup tzatziki sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large baking dish, combine the rice, chicken broth, tzatziki sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts on top of the rice mixture.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 40-45 minutes.
- Remove the foil, add cherry tomatoes and feta cheese, and return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
