Easy Chicken Ramen

Enjoy a delightful twist on a classic dish with this easy chicken ramen, featuring turkey bacon for added flavor.

  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 package ramen noodles
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. In a pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, add chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  3. Add ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
  4. In the last minute of cooking, add the baby spinach.
  5. In a separate pot, softly boil the egg for about 6-7 minutes, then cool in ice water and peel.
  6. Serve the ramen in bowls, top with chopped turkey bacon, sliced egg, green onion, and drizzle with soy sauce and sesame oil.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, simmer the broth with additional spices.
  • Feel free to add more vegetables based on your preference.
