- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 cup corn, grilled or roasted
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- Hard boil the eggs, cool, and peel.
