  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 cup beef broth

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt garlic butter over medium heat.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in cooked rice, beef broth, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cook for 5 minutes until heated through.
  5. Top with cheddar and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Cover and cook until cheese melts.
