  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 ounces turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped turkey bacon, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the turkey mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
  5. Roll the dough around the filling, pinching the edges to seal them.
  6. Place the bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
