- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup diced apples
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
