Instant Pot Ramen

Learn how to make delicious Instant Pot Ramen with a unique twist using turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 packs instant ramen noodles
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup cooked chicken ham, diced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 egg (optional)

Instructions

  1. Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the remaining fat, add the broth, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Stir well.
  3. Add the instant ramen noodles to the pot, breaking them apart as necessary.
  4. Lock the lid and set to high pressure for 4 minutes.
  5. Quick release the pressure and stir in the cooked chicken ham.
  6. Serve in bowls and top with chopped green onions and bacon. Optionally, add a soft-boiled egg.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, you can add more soy sauce or chili oil.
  • This recipe is highly customizable; feel free to add vegetables or spices of your choice.
