- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 packs instant ramen noodles
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup cooked chicken ham, diced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 egg (optional)
- Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the remaining fat, add the broth, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Stir well.
- Add the instant ramen noodles to the pot, breaking them apart as necessary.
- Lock the lid and set to high pressure for 4 minutes.
- Quick release the pressure and stir in the cooked chicken ham.
- Serve in bowls and top with chopped green onions and bacon. Optionally, add a soft-boiled egg.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add more soy sauce or chili oil.
