Korean BBQ Steak Rice Bowls with Spicy Cream Sauce

  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1 cup sliced onions
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

Instructions

  1. Marinate the flank steak in soy sauce, sesame oil, and gochujang for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the steak to desired doneness.
  3. In the same skillet, add the bell peppers and onions, sauté until tender.
  4. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and lime juice to create the spicy cream sauce.
  5. Serve the sliced steak over rice, topped with sautéed vegetables and spicy cream sauce.

Notes
