- 1 cup raw cashews
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut for rolling
