Loaded Cheddar Ranch Beef and Sweet Corn Rotini Bake

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 12 oz rotini pasta
  • 1 can sweet corn, drained
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cook rotini according to package instructions.
  3. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  4. Drain excess fat and stir in corn, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  5. In a large bowl, combine cooked rotini, beef mixture, sour cream, and 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
  6. Pour mixture into a greased baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
