- 1 pound ground beef
- 12 oz rotini pasta
- 1 can sweet corn, drained
- 1 packet ranch seasoning
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Cook rotini according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Drain excess fat and stir in corn, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked rotini, beef mixture, sour cream, and 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
