- 1 pound ground beef
- 8 ounces rotini pasta
- 1 cup sweet corn, frozen or canned
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 packet ranch seasoning
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the ground beef until browned.
- Drain excess fat, then stir in ranch seasoning and black pepper.
- Add beef broth, sweet corn, and rotini pasta; bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes until pasta is al dente.
- Stir in half of the cheddar cheese until melted.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
Notes
