Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine pumpkin puree, Greek yogurt, honey, and eggs.
  3. In another bowl, mix whole wheat flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  5. If using, fold in chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the batter into muffin tins lined with paper liners.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let them cool before serving.
