  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 3/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Stir in the cheese and turkey bacon.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine the maple syrup and milk.
  6. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  7. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead gently.
  8. Roll out and cut biscuits.
