  • Optional: chocolate shavings for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; mix well. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add sugar, marshmallow fluff, and vanilla extract; blend until creamy.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form; gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for about 50-60 minutes until the center is set. Let cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
  7. Once chilled, remove from the pan and garnish with chocolate shavings if desired.
