  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 cup kalamata olives, pitted and halved
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  4. Remove the chicken and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add cherry tomatoes, bell pepper, and olives.
  6. Sauté for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  7. Return the chicken to the skillet and sprinkle with feta cheese.
  8. Serve hot.
