  • 1 cup corn, grilled
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, corn, red onion, bell pepper, and cilantro.
