Mouthwatering One Pot Lasagna Soup

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (28 ounces) crushed tomatoes
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 8 ounces lasagna noodles, broken into pieces
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add ground beef, onion, and garlic; cook until beef is browned.
  2. Stir in crushed tomatoes, beef broth, basil, and oregano. Bring to a boil.
  3. Add broken lasagna noodles and cook until noodles are tender, about 10 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in ricotta, mozzarella, and Parmesan. Season with salt and pepper.
