  • 1 cup goat cheese
  • 1 baguette
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the baguette into 1/2 inch thick slices and arrange them on a baking sheet.
  3. Toast the bread in the oven for about 5-7 minutes or until lightly golden.
  4. While the bread is toasting, slice the peaches and set aside.
  5. Once the bread is toasted, spread a generous layer of goat cheese on each slice.
  6. Top with sliced peaches and drizzle with honey and balsamic glaze.
