  • 1 pound sirloin steak
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 onion
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup beef broth

Instructions

  1. Slice the sirloin steak thinly against the grain.
  2. In a large pan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the sliced steak and sear until browned.
  4. Remove the steak and set aside.
  5. Add sliced onions and bell peppers to the pan, cooking until softened.
  6. Add minced garlic and sauté for another minute.
  7. Return the steak to the pan, adding soy sauce, oyster sauce, and black pepper.
  8. Pour in beef broth and simmer for 5 minutes.
  9. Serve hot over steamed rice.
