  • 2 cups bell peppers
  • 1 cup onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add vegetable oil and sauté the onions and bell peppers until softened.
  3. Add garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  4. In a bowl, mix soy sauce and cornstarch, then add it to the pan and stir well.
  5. Once the sauce thickens, stir in the cooked turkey bacon and black pepper.
  6. Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate turkey bacon in soy sauce for 30 minutes before cooking.
