  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 pound beef steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to the package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté the onion and bell pepper until softened.
  4. Add the garlic and sliced beef steak, cooking until the beef is browned.
  5. Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet with the beef mixture, stirring to combine.
  6. Top with provolone cheese and let it melt.
  7. Serve topped with crumbled turkey bacon.
