- 4 cups diced potatoes
- 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1 cup diced celery
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- In a large pot, sauté the onion and celery until softened.
