- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix pumpkin puree, sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla until well combined.
