  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into a baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, combine pumpkin puree, cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, eggs, pumpkin pie spice, and salt. Beat until smooth.
  4. Pour the pumpkin mixture over the crust.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon to make the streusel. Sprinkle it over the cheesecake mixture.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until set. Let cool before slicing.
