- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups pumpkin puree
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into a baking dish.
- In another bowl, combine pumpkin puree, cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, eggs, pumpkin pie spice, and salt. Beat until smooth.
