  • 2 cups pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine pumpkin puree, brown sugar, granulated sugar, spices, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Add in eggs and heavy cream, stirring until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, mix oats, flour, and melted butter until crumbly.
  5. Pour the pumpkin mixture into a greased baking dish and sprinkle the oat mixture on top.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until set.
  7. Let cool before serving.

  • Serve with whipped cream for extra flavor.
