Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream together pumpkin puree, sugars, and butter until smooth.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, spices, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
  7. Drop tablespoons of the cookie dough onto baking sheets.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cookies are lightly golden.
