  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin spice
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 packet yeast
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons icing sugar for glaze

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together flour, sugar, salt, and pumpkin spice.
  3. Add pumpkin puree, milk, melted butter, and yeast. Mix well.
  4. Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
  5. Let the dough rise for about 1 hour in a warm place.
  6. Roll out the dough into a rectangle and spread a layer of brown sugar over it.
  7. Roll the dough tightly and cut into rolls.
  8. Place the rolls in a greased baking dish and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  10. While the rolls cool, mix the icing sugar with enough milk to make a glaze and drizzle over the rolls.
