- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin spice
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 packet yeast
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons icing sugar for glaze
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix together flour, sugar, salt, and pumpkin spice.
- Add pumpkin puree, milk, melted butter, and yeast. Mix well.
- Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
- Let the dough rise for about 1 hour in a warm place.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle and spread a layer of brown sugar over it.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut into rolls.
- Place the rolls in a greased baking dish and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- While the rolls cool, mix the icing sugar with enough milk to make a glaze and drizzle over the rolls.
