  • 4 large eggs

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter, then remove from heat and stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
  3. Combine flour, cocoa, and salt, then gradually stir into the butter mixture.
  4. Fold in the raspberries gently.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.

Notes
